### Pricing questions

**When do I start paying?**

You pay $99 once for setup. After that, the 1% commission applies only to paid purchases through Shelfport.

**Is there a monthly payment if there are no sales?**

The base channel has no monthly fee. No purchases means no commission. A subscription applies only to additional services you have separately chosen.

**Which sales are subject to commission?**

Only paid purchases through Shelfport: the buyer’s agent can order directly or work with the seller’s agent over A2A. Commission is calculated after discounts and refunds, excluding taxes and shipping. Each order is charged once.

**Does a subscription lower the commission?**

No. A subscription pays for selected additional services and does not change the base 1% commission.
