### Before you connect.

**Do I need to move my store?**

No. Shelfport adds an agent interface to your existing store. Keep your website, payment provider and back-office systems.

**How much does it cost?**

A one-time setup fee plus 1% of each paid order that comes through Shelfport. No agent sales — no commission.

**What do you need from us, and how long does launch take?**

Access to your catalog — a feed, API or back-office system — and to checkout. We import the catalog, you set the agent’s terms, and together we test a purchase in test mode. Timing depends on your platform; we’ll name it after reviewing your store.

**Who decides which prices and discounts to offer?**

You do. Prices and stock come from your back office; you set discounts and limits in plain words. Anything beyond them, the agent hands to your manager.

**Do you guarantee AI will start recommending our store?**

No. We prepare the data and actions assistants need to buy. What to show the shopper is up to the assistant.
